A Rather decent collection of antiquities, including a mummy. Shame that most of the interactive displays don't actually work.

Kids will find it interesting here, lots of history about Leeds. The museum is not very big, there is even a room with ancient Egypt and India

Great attraction! And for free, it's an absolute gem. Nice little cafe on the lower ground floor, which is a little pricy but worth it knowing that money goes back into the upkeep of the museum. There's also a little gift shop which is handy for local Leeds or Yorkshire gifts

Visited for a Candlelight event, featuring a string quartet playing Taylor Swift music. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the experience left us wanting to return to check out the museum's exhibits.

Went there with my friend and children over the Christmas holidays. we had a great time the kids enjoyed the dress up areas. However a member of staff tried to stop me using the changing area with my son even though I have the radar key for him I think that staff need to understand that not all disabilities are visible

Really good experience, loved the natural world and classical world exhibits. It's free, lots to look around and to see and do and pretty accessible in terms of getting there and lifts. There were a few interactive displays that weren't working to my daughters dismay hence the 4 stars.
